PERSONAL DATA NOTICE
Privacy, clearly.
This notice concerns the information collected through the enquiry and quote form on the Studio Web Design website.
Who handles your data
The data controller is Kevin Marcolongo, who operates Studio Web Design. For requests concerning your personal data, email studioweb.design00@gmail.com or use the privacy request form, providing the email associated with your original enquiry.
What we collect and why
The form collects your name, email, selected service and message. Business name, existing website and indicative budget are optional. The information is used to understand the enquiry, reply and assess a possible project. It is not used for newsletters or promotional campaigns.
Quote enquiries are handled to take steps at the individual’s request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Requests to exercise data rights are handled to comply with legal obligations. Providing data is optional; without a name, email and message, the enquiry cannot be handled.
Retention and access
Enquiries are available to the controller in a restricted dashboard. The usual retention period is 12 months after submission, unless deletion is requested earlier or the information is needed for a commissioned project. If a project is commissioned, the relevant processing terms are defined separately.
Technical services
The site uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and storage. For processing performed independently by these platforms, including international transfers and safeguards, see the OpenAI privacy notice and Cloudflare privacy notice. Form information is not published on this website.
Email notifications
When email notifications are enabled, the enquiry is forwarded to the controller through FormSubmit (Devro LABS). The service receives the information entered in the form to forward it and states that it retains submissions for 30 days. See its privacy notice. Email forwarding is separate from storage in the restricted dashboard.
Your rights
Where the law provides, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Enquiry messages are not subject to automated decision-making.
